The experiment used visual inspection by stereo microscopy, micro-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, micro-Raman spectrometry, laser direct infrared imaging, and pyrolysis-efluvio chromatography–mass spectroscopy for the quantitative analysis of spiked soil.
